I have no fear of telling you

Just what I feel you put me through

Befall a wall of concrete make

Made me your last mistake

Song to say good bye

Deported from my nuclei

Though I may rely on a hairtrigger

I move on from this ennui

You’re out of line, more paranoid

Than all the friendships you’ve destroyed

To get intimately devoid

Escape pods you’ve deployed

You’re smooth-n-cool as a cacti

Though I may rely on a hairtrigger

You know where I stand do-or-die

This is a different position now that I’m on a mission

It requires discipline and grace

Get the pliers apply to my past waste, you’ve been replaced

Trace one step at a time to keep my pace

The eye has closed, don’t look again

You cartoon gun to estrogen

The mixed messages regimen

Thwarted with my pen

Song to say good bye

Now we’ve got Tebow and with him comes The Lord
There are some miracles the Jets can sure afford
Though he’s a back up, he’s great for the Wildcat and
Our biggest fan is now The Vatican

We’ve got a fireman; add to that the clergy
And “Playin’ Like A Jet” makes a decent liturgy
Here’s a Commandment; you don’t like it? I don’t care
Thou shalt sign the player and now we’ve got a prayer

But Tim Tebow can’t do it alone
More than the “D” and running game
And every pass that’s thrown
A Higher Power’s here so go-n-place your bets
